GoatSZN
A motorsport-and-football streetwear label, built as an editorial storefront where every product page is engineered to convert — bundles, tiered discounts, size confidence, and social proof working as one system — backed by a custom admin panel that tells the brand what to manufacture next and where the ad spend is working.
The brief
Most streetwear stores look loud but sell soft — generic templates, weak product pages, no reason to add a second item. GoatSZN needed to feel like a premium editorial magazine and behave like a high-converting store at the same time.
The audience is young, mobile-first, and impulse-driven, but price-sensitive — so the design had to build desire and remove every reason to hesitate at checkout.
The approach
A warm, cream editorial system: oversized serif display, disciplined grid, generous whitespace — the opposite of the cluttered marketplace look. Restraint reads as premium.
Then, underneath the calm surface, I engineered the product page as a conversion surface: bundling, tiered savings, sizing confidence, and social proof, each earning its place.
What the store had to do
- Look premium in three seconds — earn trust before the first scroll.
- Turn one purchase into a set — lift average order value without racing discounts to the bottom.
- Remove every checkout hesitation — sizing doubt, trust, delivery, payment.
- Stay fast & mobile-first — the audience shops on their phones, on impulse.
The process
Frame
Positioned GoatSZN as an editorial motorsport-and-football label — not another template store.
Design
Built a warm cream editorial system: oversized serif, strict grid, generous whitespace.
Engineer
Turned the product page into a conversion surface — bundle, tiered savings, size confidence, social proof.
Ship
Razorpay + COD, verified reviews, delivery timelines and WhatsApp support — live and selling.
Operate
Built the admin panel on top — production planning, ad ROAS by day, stock and order visibility in one place.
The conversion engine
The centrepiece is a "Frequently bought together" bundle with tiered discounts — Buy 2 for 15% off, Buy 3+ for 20% off. It reframes the decision from "should I buy this tee?" to "which set should I grab?"
Live savings math (₹5,997 → ₹3,897) makes the value undeniable, and a single "Claim offer" adds the whole curated set in one tap — lifting average order value without a discount race to the bottom.
Details that remove doubt
Size confidence guidance kills the #1 fashion return reason before it happens. Verified-buyer reviews, a clear delivery timeline, 7-day exchange, and secure prepaid via Razorpay each close a specific gap in the shopper's confidence.
Nothing is decorative — every block on the page answers an objection or nudges the cart.
Every stage does a job
The admin panel behind it
A store that sells well creates a second problem: what do you make next, and where is the ad money actually working? Shopify answers neither well — its reporting stops where the brand's real decisions start.
So I built GoatSZN a custom admin panel: one place where production and ad spend are decided from the store's own numbers instead of instinct.
What to manufacture
Sell-through by design, colourway and size — so the next production run follows real demand instead of a guess, and the sizes that actually sell are the ones that get made.
Ad performance & ROAS
Spend against revenue per campaign, broken out day by day — so a weekday that quietly burns budget shows up as that weekday, not buried inside a monthly average.
Best & slow movers
Which drops earn their shelf space and which quietly tie up capital — ranked, so retiring a design is a decision with a number behind it.
Orders & fulfilment
Order flow end to end, with the prepaid-versus-COD split visible — the number that decides how much working capital a drop really needs.
Stock alerts
Low stock and size stockouts surface before they cost a sale, instead of being noticed when a customer can't find their size.
Bundle & AOV tracking
How often the tiered bundle actually fires and what it moves average order value to — so the conversion engine on the product page is measured, not assumed.
The storefront sells. The panel decides what to sell next.
Outcome
GoatSZN ships as a store that reads like a brand and sells like a machine: an editorial front that earns attention, and product pages where bundling, tiered savings, sizing confidence and social proof compound into a higher average order value.
And it doesn't stop at the sale — the admin panel turns what the store learns back into decisions: what to manufacture, what to retire, and which day of ad spend actually earned its money.
It's the clearest proof of what I bring to any client — interfaces that are beautiful and built to move the metric that matters.
